About the Founder

Dylan Boswell founded KindHost after serving as Director of Investments at Columbus Capital and VP at Pacific Ridge Properties. He holds a degree in Real Estate Development from USC’s Price School and is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker (DRE #02206518). He lives and works in Santa Monica.

We manage single-family homes, condos, multi-family apartment buildings, and luxury estates. We have deep experience across RSO-regulated buildings, rent-controlled units, and market-rate properties of all sizes.


How does KindHost handle rent control and RSO compliance?

We handle LAHD registration, allowable annual rent increase calculations, tenant notification requirements, and documentation for OMI or Ellis Act proceedings. LA’s rental regulations change frequently — we stay current so you don’t have to.
