About the Founder

Dylan Boswell

Dylan set out to build the highest-rated property management company in Santa Monica, and he founded KindHost to make that happen. His mission is simple: create wealth for property owners while providing tenants with an experience they actually enjoy.

Before launching KindHost, Dylan served as Director of Investments at Columbus Capital, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate including 298 units of multifamily apartments and one million square feet of commercial and industrial real estate. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President at Pacific Ridge Properties, where he led asset management across both multifamily and luxury vacation rentals.

Dylan holds a degree in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in California. He lives in Santa Monica, where you’ll find him out on the trails or at the beach when he’s not working on property management.
