About the Founder

Dylan Boswell

Dylan is passionate about creating the highest rated property management company in Santa Monica. He founded KindHost to bring that passion to life every day—by providing seamless, stress-free rental management.

Before launching KindHost, Dylan served as Director of Investments at Columbus Capital, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, including 298 units of multifamily apartments. Earlier in his career, he was the Vice President at Pacific Ridge Properties, where he assisted in the asset management of commercial and residential real estate.

Dylan earned his degree in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate broker in California. He lives in Santa Monica.

In his free time, he enjoys yoga and hiking.
