No fee on vacant units
Our management fee is a percentage of rent collected. If the unit isn’t generating rent, we don’t charge you. Our incentives are aligned with yours.
No markups on maintenance
We coordinate repairs through our trusted vendor network and pass through costs at face value. No coordination fee, no markup. You see every invoice.
Cancel any time
Our Performance Guarantee means if you’re ever unhappy, give us a chance to fix it. If we can’t, cancel the contract any time. No penalties, no fine print.

Eviction Insurance*
If an eviction is needed for a tenant we placed due to rent default or breach of contract, we will pay the first $1,000 of eviction fees for premium and $2,000 for luxury.
Lease Break Guarantee*
If a tenant moves out within the first six months of their lease, we’ll place another tenant without charging another leasing fee.
